Hey everyone!
I’m excited to share that I’ve recently started hosting meditation and breathwork circles after my 20 years of experience as a lifecoach and kundalini breathwork teacher. My spiritual guides are also helping with healing during the sesions (online and on location). And my 60+ years of experience with breath😉
We start this summer on the monday evenings every two weeks. First start date is the 10th of June. And then following dates are, 29th of September, 27th of October, 24th of November and 22nd of December

Timeline:
• 20:15 – 20:30 walk in
• 20:30 – start meditation
• 21:45 – end meditation
